One of the advantages of having grown up in South Africa is the many influences one is exposed to thanks to centuries of immigration from the old European and Asian countries, now marching to the beat of an African drum creating a unique and vibrant culture and style in todays modern world.

From a young age, I loved and could not ignore this living kaleidoscope which ultimately set me on a creative career path as a graphic designer, working for clients, agencies and studios based in South Africa, England, Australia, the USA and Canada, where I currently live.

For most of my life, I’ve rarely left the house without a camera, and this passion for capturing a moment or image has inevitably led to me steering my creative career path from design to photography.

My love of architecture, interiors, history, design, exotic food and locations has been fuelled by my artistic encounters and travels abroad, especially in Italy where I have been exploring my family roots and absorbing a culture both familiar and unfamiliar. These experiences have inspired and influenced me to see life through the lens in a totally new way.

I’m lucky enough to have both Canadian and Italian/European citizenship which means I can explore new opportunities wherever my skills and vision may lead me.
